泰國特務之旅 @ 【唬男大主廚】

親愛的日記：

之前跟林太太計畫了好久的『泰國之旅』，花了我們很多的~~心思跟努力~~～

（鏡頭回到我們剛從日本旅遊回台，我們到達台灣機場後的對話）

我：『那個，我們下一趟要去哪個國家玩呢？』

林太太：『我也不知道耶～你覺得呢？』

我：『泰國吧！一來我們沒去過，二來我覺得這是我一直想去的國家』

然後，我們的~~“辛苦計畫”~~就這樣塵埃落定了～（隨性）

The story’s begun during the way back from our trip in Japan, discussed with Mrs. Lin where she’d like to go for our next holiday, and Thailand’s then come up as our next destination.

而在我們回國後的幾週裡，拿福能台灣 Nuffnang Taiwan受泰國政府的邀請，將我列為代表台灣部落客身份去那邊遊玩！！

沒錯！這...這根本就是受到組織挑選出高級任務的『特務之旅』啊！

Couples of weeks later, I had then received the invitation to go on holiday by Thai government , a dream came true for me and selected as the only representative on behalf of Taiwanese blogger, sponsored by the Thai government, my mission working with the government as a special agent to Thailand has then been underway.

▲因為組織只指定我一個人，所以我自己再多買一張機票，帶林太太一同去玩

There’s only me assigned as the only person to take the lead for this mission, I then bought an extra ticket for Mrs Lin going for the holiday together.

As got the limited space for my mission this time, instead of having my beloved JouJou come along with, I then made the customized bookmark stickers of him to be with me along for the trip.

▲最愛坐在飛機的窗邊位置了，而且泰航的餐點有夠好吃的！

因為林太太會暈機，所以她的飛機餐永遠都是我的（每次都可以吃兩種不同口味的飛機餐）

I love sitting aside the window and the meal from Thai airway was absolutely delicious.

▲既然要前去泰國執行旅遊任務，惡補泰文是一個專業特務必須要做的功課....（報紙差點拿反了）

To execute my mission in Thailand, I was trying to update the news in Thai.

▲一到泰國機場，暈機沒吃飛機餐的林太太馬上去7-11買她愛吃的海綿蛋糕

Once arrived in the airport, Mrs Lin rushed to try the sponge cakes in 7-11.

▲而我，則是在等待前來接機的泰國翻譯朋友，

為了怕他認不出來我的長相，所以我只好用我最平常的樣子好讓他來發現

（沒想到馬上就被發現了？！乾～）

And I was waiting for my friend who’s also the translator from Thailand. Just in case he might not recognize me so I was acting normally to get his attention and here he came.

So this is Mr. Su, friend and also our translator who’s really helpful and easygoing for the rest of the trip.

真的有夠好吃耶！剛一踏入泰國的第一道美食，就讓我不顧已經吃了兩份飛機餐的肚子，又再次嗑了一整條

Mr. Su also prepared the snack for us, the first Thai food and seemed like the hotdog for me, even I’d had two meals on the plane but there’s no way I’d miss this and found out it was really impressive!

Here we are n this magnificent hotel for tonight, was extremely luxury!!!

所以我表現得相當低調沈著

As a professional Taiwanese representative special agent, I decided not to show much joyful emotion in front of others, but low-key instead.

既然是特務，當然就要用比較平民的名字才不會讓人家覺得突兀啊～

While entering the venue in Holiday Inn Hotel, was greeted warmly with the welcoming wreath by the staff, feeling flattered.

身為特務的我，當然是要喝馬丁尼式酒杯才適合啊～（一飲而盡才發現是喝到林太太的酒，馬上被丟入一旁的游泳池）

Before the conference, there’s a mini-party with tasty cocktails and finger food offered. Martini was surely an ideal cocktail could fit for my status as a special agent.

Everyone was invited to have a speech on the stage in order to get to know each other. There’re bloggers from UK, Singapore, China etc., and I was grouped as a team with Singaporean beauty blogger.

Next Day

▲一早起床，沒吃早餐就馬上前往ImpactMuangThongThani（IMPACT曼通塔尼展覽中心）

We cracked on moving to IMPACT after met up with the team next morning.

▲因為沒吃飯店早餐，所以來到這邊更覺得慶幸～

因為除了有很多好吃的可以吃，還可以看師傅直接果雕秀刀法（林北是美工科的）

I lied in and missed the breakfast, but sooner I realised that I was lucky to miss it as I’ve got more capacity for my bally to enjoy the food provided inside IMPACT.

Welcoming party’s got the local performance.

▲我一直覺得『旅行』，除了可以看片各個國家的風景與文化外，

還可以透過美食，來瞭解一個國家的人文與口味。

像我本身又對料理有興趣，我就會去研究每一個國家的香料跟排盤

Traveling is always the way to see and explore the local scenes and culture for me, moreover, food is also a rather important in this aspect. As everyone acknowledges I’m fond of cooking, that’s why you’d discover that I’ve put much attention on the local condiment as well as the way how each meal’s dished up.

By using the condiment, the delicious Thai food is then wonderfully made.

The most unbelievable point which shocked me was that IMPACT not only provided tasty food but also dim-sum and various mouth-watering food!

Visiting the grand and specious exhibition space, I again witness how international Thailand has become these years in terms of culture, architecture, food, scene and natural resources etc.

但是，泰國蝦配上吸滿泰式醬汁的寬麵條就沒吃過了！

蝦頭依然是滿滿的蝦卵，爽

I often have the chance to taste the Giant River Prawn, the ones with the noodles fried with the Thai condiment however have never had ever, and it’s absolutely tasteful as it’s especially got massive roe!

啊呀～美麗（我給大阪大嬸的名兒），身為杯緣子不要去抱米圈啦！（沒仔細看差點一口把妳也吃掉了）

ps:左邊是芒果球，身為台灣玉井芒果王子的我，真心覺得好吃！品種跟台灣類似，但因為地理環境不同所以還是有點差別。

這個吃起來甜而不膩，水份多，入口即化無太多纖維質，料理刨形的功力也厲害，算是令人難忘的“芒果”甜點。（回玉井也要跟我媽來研究一下『芒果甜點』）

As an expert of mango which I sincerely think that the Thai mango was greatly wonderful, it’s similar to Taiwanese ones but slightly different due to the regional variation. The mango tasted sweet and juicy, it’s melt in the mouth without feeling fibrous and over sweet.

One of the most important missions for today would be attending this great event- Bangkok FURNITUREFAIR2016.

The exhibition was full of international and luxury decoration.

After seeing all these, really made me want to crash on these cozy sofa (switching to the holiday mode)!

After the furniture fair, we pushed our journey without stop to MegaBangna.

By the time we arrived was tea time, when I definitely couldn’t miss this popular and tasteful deserts!

So it’s the time to complete the important mission, shopping! I couldn’t believe that I’ve finally seen my favorite store in person! As a super fan of Marvel, no words can express the feeling but thrilled!

The decoration of the store inspired me so much and has thus decided that it’ll be the future reference for my babies’ room!

She’s obsessed with the scarf and the reason why she’s with me this time also because of this Alice’s scarf.

She’s decisive and contemplating which one to choose, and as a gentleman at this point I thought it’s my time to act, I then took my credit card out from the wallet and said: pack them all up.

I believe that you all have experienced it which shopping gets you hungry! We then headed to Chao Pharya River bank to have our dinner!

That’s right, night tour on the Chao Pharya River cruises was our next move and having great Thai meal on boat!

There’re many performances on the boat which would never get you bored!

▲船上是採自助式的，而且所有的美食跟水果沙拉沒有在跟你客氣的！

樣樣都超道地，可惜我只有一個胃，不然早就把他們都清光了～（如果有啤酒可以配就更美了）

All-you-can-eat buffet makes me really wish to have a massive capacity in my stomach!

Having meals paired with the romantic candle light together with other bloggers which represented another special vibe of exotic romance.

Shooting time with all bloggers to end the beautiful time tonight, we then were ready get back to the cozy rooms in the hotel, taking rest for the trip to Hua Sin tomorrow!

（第三日）

▲一早，曼谷熱情的陽光就從窗簾裡射了進來。

擅長賴床的林太太到了曼谷也是依然，我想這就是一個創作者對自己風格的堅持吧...

一路上欣賞著曼谷的建築，只能說這裡除了是國際大都市外，它還有很多令人驚豔的建築作品。

On the way to Hua Sin, there’re also many stunning architectures, I again amazed by how international the Bangkok is.

We had a break on the road and got to have a quick tour in 7-11!

It’s an outdoor schedule today, so I’ve got my typical style’s on with vest and shorts.

▲一眨眼，我們終於來到了今天下榻的知名酒店-PutahracsaHuaHin（泰國華欣普塔拉薩度假村）

We soon arrived the famous hotel- PutahracsaHuaHin!

▲林太太除了擅長賴床，還是個十足的吊床控。

▲多年前我們去住朋友淡水八里的民宿時，她就對我說過：

『以後我們家買一個這個好不好，我一定每天都坐躺在上面！』

恩，很明顯！我故意裝作沒聽到！

這位是飯店的帥哥經理，不免俗，大家一定要來合照一下～

這一趟泰國政府邀請了十組各國的部落客，來體驗泰國

而後來分成兩人一組，一共分別去五的地方（我們來華欣、有人去普吉...再其他我就不大清楚了）

While enjoyed the food, spotted 3 beautiful ladies sat opposite to us, found out they’re actually siblings, really amazing! And wish myself would be like them, enjoy the food by the seaside with beloved ones and sharing the story of life in the future.

▲吃飽後準備到下一個行程，就是來到華欣高爾夫球場附設的飯店參觀。

Got the energy back, we then moved to next destination, the hotel within Springfield.

我想這還是一個創作者對自己風格的堅持吧...！？

We visited the traditional Thai SPA and other facilities led by the hotel manager.

The hotel manager kindly took us to look around in golf course and the view is amazing~

這對我來說其實感覺挺特別的～

或許大家只是萍水相逢，但有過一面之緣還一起合照，

總是會在『人生小說』上，來上個標點符號。

Every place which I’ve been so far do makes me feel so special along with the friends met on the trip, and that’s also the reason each photo we took was the most unforgettable memory for me.

After the golf course, we then came to Hua Sin safari.

▲喜歡動物的林太太，特地買了一大籃香蕉來餵辛苦的大象

Mrs. Lin, loves animal, bought a bucket of banana for the elephants.

▲我們還趁空檔來看看大象母子們的私下吃飯

▲這邊的鯉魚不是用我們泡飼料的方式餵食～

而是喝奶嘴的！（好療癒）

The carp here fed by feeding bottle, which was interesting.

Mrs. Lin finally got her dream come true to hug the tiger during the trip.

▲結束動物園行程，我們馬不停蹄來到在地的SPA館，

享受道地的泰式按摩！

Later, we came to the local SPA treatment to experience well-known Thai massage!

▲要按摩前，他們會請你填單，好讓他們知道你需要加強哪個部位。

恩，只是我覺得我這樣填，好像鋼鐵人穿上新的裝甲在空中飛....

Before the massage, you’d be asked to fill in the form for them to know which area of the body you’d like to get more treatment, and it’s like Iron Man for me instead!
